Shipping

When you place an order with Aevum Perfumes, we will provide you with confirmation receipt by e-mail for your records. When your order is processed and ships out from our shipping facility, Aevum Perfumes will provide you with the tracking number for your shipment by separate e-mail. The form of payment that you provided when placing your order will be charged by Aevum Perfumes when your order is processed for shipping, however, a pending hold may be placed on your form of payment by the issuing bank or payment company at the time you place the order.

All orders take approximately 1-2 business days to process before it is shipped out. Business days do not include weekend days or holidays.

We only ship within whole Malaysia at the moment.

We further note that carrier requirements and weather conditions can impact estimated delivery timelines.

We reserve the right to decline orders (or cancel orders) that are placed with delivery addresses that are at Post Office boxes or that are from a country that is not within our international shipping territory.
