All products purchased through Aevumperfumes.com are final sale. Aevumperfumes.com does not accept returns of or exchanges for purchased product, nor can any placed orders be canceled. Orders cannot be canceled, changed or modified once placed. We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you received an incorrect item, defective or damaged item so that we may evaluate the issue and work with you to resolve the issue. Any such issues must be reported to Aevum perfumes to our Customer Service Team at aevumperfumes@gmail.com within 14 days after you have received your shipment. Please provide our Customer Service Team with photographs of any issues with your order, including damaged product or incorrect items, along with a copy of the packing slip or other documentation included with your delivery by our team.



We recommend that you confirm your personal information, including your credit card and shipping address, name, phone number, credit card details and product choices, before you place your order. We are not responsible if you enter incorrect personal details nor are we able to accommodate address or product changes once an order has been placed.



Aevumperfumes.com is hosted by Shopify.com but operated by GreenRoom Online Ventures, and Shopify.com will facilitate the processing of your order. Your personal data submitted in connection with a placed order is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. Your data will be stored on a secure server behind a firewall. Please review our Privacy Policy as well as Shopify’s Privacy Statement (https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy) for more information on how your personal information is collected, stored and managed. If you choose a direct payment gateway when completing your purchase, Shopify will encrypt your credit card data through Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS), storing such data only as long as necessary to complete your purchase transaction.



WHEN SUBMITTING ANY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION TO THE WEBSITE, YOU ARE REPRESENTING AND WARRANTING THROUGH THAT TRANSACTION THAT YOU HAVE THE LEGAL RIGHT TO USE THAT CREDIT CARD OR ANY OTHER PAYMENT METHOD YOU ARE USING IN CONNECTION WITH THE TRANSACTION. YOU ARE FURTHER AUTHORIZING AEVUMPERFUMES.COM AND SHOPIFY TO TRANSMIT INFORMATION OR OBTAIN INFORMATION ABOUT YOU FROM THIRD PARTIES FROM TIME TO TIME, WHICH MAY INCLUDE VERIFICATION CHECKS TO CONFIRM YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION AND TO AUTHENTICATE YOUR IDENTITY.



We may restrict the quantity you can order for certain products that are in high demand or which are part of a limited release; these capped quantities will be noted on the product page for the item on our website, Aevumperfumes.com. Items cannot be reserved or otherwise saved by holding them in your website shopping cart and may sell out before you complete your purchase. We process orders in the order that they are received by Aevumperfumes.com.



Only one promotional code can be used with each order placed. There may be restrictions on the eligibility for any promotional code and such codes must be used under the terms and conditions upon which they have been issued. Any order submitted that uses an ineligible promotional code or more than one promotional code is subject to cancellation by Aevum perfumes.



We have made every effort to fairly and correctly describe the products listed on the Website, including providing reasonably accurate photographs and images. The actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, screen, graphics card, and other components. We understand that scent is an individualized experience, so we have provided detailed scent notes for all fragrance products. Descriptions, images, references, features, specifications, products, product prices and other content described or displayed on the Website may change at any time without notice. Volume and weight amounts are provided for convenience and are approximate.



All prices are displayed in Malaysian Ringgit unless expressly indicated otherwise. Forms of payment accepted by Aevum perfumes include Visa, Mastercard, and bank transfer to the appointed beneficiary account. 



If payment has already been made by you for your order and your order is canceled (in part or in full) by Aevumperfumes.com for any reason, including but not limited to unavailable inventory or our inability to authorize your chosen payment method, we will process your refund to the form of the payment you provided. Such refund will either be for that portion of the order that is canceled or the entire order if all of it must be canceled.
